Structure

We identify an opportunity and establish the appropriate legal and operational structure around it. This may include the creation of a dedicated venture entity or investment structure.

Capitalize

Once the structure is established, partners and investors may participate in the venture. The goal is to create a stable capital base for the development of the underlying business.

Operate
